The Financial Intelligence Centre (FIC) is preparing to launch a new registration and reporting system called goAML at the end of April 2016.
New Registrations
The last day for an accountable and reporting institution to register with the FIC on the current registration system is Monday, 07 March 2016 at 17H00. The registration system will be unavailable from Tuesday, 08 March 2016 to Tuesday, 29 March 2016 due to system changes.
Accountable and reporting institutions wishing to register with the FIC after Monday, 07 March 2016 must do so immediately on Wednesday, 30 March 2016.
Accordingly, from Wednesday, 30 March 2016 onwards, registration can only be done on the new goAML system.
Institutions already registered with the FIC
Existing registrants will be required to update registration related information which will include institution and user details. This will commence on Wednesday 30 March 2016 at 08H00 and continue until Friday, 22 April 2016 at 17H00.
