It’s been a year since the country went into lockdown. From a business perspective, client engagement and retention have been key to continuity. Technology, and more specifically digital technology, played a major role enabling the nexus between FSP, advisor and client.
To get a better understanding of where digitisation is taking us, we’ve prepared a short survey on the sector’s current use of digital technologies, the results of which will be published mid-May this year.
