The FSCA published the following FAIS Notices on 11 July:
FAIS Notice 48 of 2024: Withdrawal of authorisation, which lists the entities and individuals whose licences were withdrawn between March and June 2024.
FAIS Notice 49 of 2024: Suspension of authorisation, which lists the entities and individuals whose licences were suspended between March and June 2024.
FAIS Notice 50 of 2024: Lifting of suspension, which lists the entities and individuals whose licence suspensions were lifted between March and June 2024.
FAIS Notice 51 of 2024: Reinstatement of withdrawal of authorisation, which names one entity whose licence withdrawal was reinstated in May 2024.
FAIS Notice 52 of 2024: Provisional withdrawal of authorisation, which lists the entities whose licences were provisionally withdrawn in March and May 2024, respectively.
FAIS Notice 47 of 2024, which lists the persons who have been exempted from the fee and/or competency requirements.
