The FSCA will increase the fees it charges for various supervisory activities by 6% from tomorrow, 1 October.
In September last year, the Authority published for public consultation its budget and estimates of expenditure for 2024/25. It also proposed a 6% increase in the levies and fees payable by the entities it supervises.
The deadline to comment was 2 November 2023.
In a Communication published on Friday, the FSCA said it received 94 comments from 17 industry stakeholders. The comments and the Authority’s responses are set out in the consultation report.
Following the public consultation process, the budget, estimates of expenditure, and the levy and fee proposals were submitted to Parliament.
