Financial management can sometimes be both complex and challenging. The Moonstone Business School of Excellence (MBSE) has designed a course that aims to introduce learners to business budgeting and cashflow budgeting.
The course, aimed primarily at SMMEs, provides step-by-step guidance so that you are not operating on “a wing and a prayer”, and that you understand that budgeting is the basis for all business success.
After completion of this course you will be able to:

| ● | Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the principles of budgeting, and the basic building blocks in order to apply them. |

| ● | Determine and measure actual performance of budgets against actual cashflow, and how to understand and manage variances within a budget. |
