With the regulators focusing on the enforcement of financial sector laws to get South Africa off the Financial Action Task Force’s grey list by 2025, accountable institutions that want to manage their money-laundering risks would do well to attend Moonstone’s upcoming webinar.
The free webinar, presented by Moonstone Compliance’s chief operating officer, Billy Seyffert, and legal and compliance adviser Marili Orffer, will equip you with the knowledge you need to follow a risk-based approach in your organisation.
Seyffert says the risk-based approach filters through to all aspects of a business’s activities, from selecting product or service providers and employees to concluding transactions with clients.

Webinar attendees will be taken through the various steps of a risk-based approach the FIC requires when accountable institutions conduct business activities and transactions.
