Please remember that your Bi-Annual Compliance Report for the compliance period ended 31 December 2018 is due by 28 February 2019.
If you have not yet filed your report, you only have 11 days to do so.
Those who are not obliged to appoint a compliance officer (mostly sole proprietors) are also required to submit their returns by this date.
NB: Due to high volumes of reports being submitted at the end of each submission period, you are encouraged to submit your report before the end of the submission period. Past experience has shown that the electronic submission system becomes overloaded over the last three days before the submission period ends, and reports do not always import successfully.
The FSCA has made it clear that NO extension for submission of the Compliance Report will be given this year.
