All in a manner of speaking, of course. This delicate and gracious lady made a huge impact during her seven years at the FSB and later FSCA.
One always felt, in dealing with her, that she had a hands-on grasp of developments in the industry, and its impact, as she had spent a substantial amount of time “on the other side of the fence”.
This made her the perfect person to drive initiatives such as the Retail Distribution Review and later, as part of the FSCA, the critical Conduct of Business and Regulatory Policy divisions.
We wish her a very well-earned break while she considers her future.
