The highs and lows of 2012 will differ from person to person. The one thing we will all agree on, is that it was not a boring year.
One aspect that stands out for me was the interaction with so many despondent callers looking for guidance on the regulatory examinations. It just made one aware, again, of the need for refined information in an industry that is becoming increasingly complex.
I wish to thank all our readers for their support, praise and criticism this past year. Without this, we cannot hope to improve, and conform to your requirements.
