FSPs whose financial year ends at the end of February need to submit their financial statements to the Registrar by the end of June.
Please bear in mind that, should you require to apply for an extension of this deadline, a fee of R550 is payable to the Registrar.
Qualifying FSPs who did not make use of opportunity to apply for the exemption of having to submit audited statements in the window period are currently required to pay a fee of R6 657, terms of the recently published Determination of Fees payable to the Registrar. We believe that relief from this may be considered on an individual basis, and advise that you first approach the FSB in this regard.
