The target market for which it is intended is indicated as: Key Individuals, sole proprietors, compliance officers and representatives. No doubt, training service providers will also be very interested to know more.
It does appear that CPD, which was initially indicated as being the third phase of the regulatory exams, is becoming more important than was originally thought.
