We received several enquiries about these workshops from readers.
Please can you advise if you have any news regarding the workshop in respect of the RE 5 on the complexity of the Questions on the Exams of which was Published in your News Letter 17th September 2012.
In that particular letter we quoted the following excerpt from the FSB’s media release on the extension of the Level 1 RE deadlines:
Research conducted by the FSB indicates that one of the reasons why candidates remain unsuccessful, despite several attempts, might be due to the application of incorrect examination techniques. In order to further assist these candidates, the FSB, in conjunction with other stakeholders, will conduct workshops, the details of which will be communicated shortly.
The focus will be on correct preparation, and how to write a multiple choice examination. No mention was made of the “complexity of the questions.”
