The FSB published a list of communication events to be hosted by the FAIS Division between June and December 2013. The events are aimed at FSPs, key individuals, compliance officers and representatives. Please ensure that you book early, as these events are very popular.

The topic of the first presentation is of particular interest to all those involved in second hand policies, cell captives and binder agreements. The FSB just drafted a new discussion document, requesting input before the end of May. We will discuss this in Thursday’s newsletter, but can confirm that the Regulator is very serious about removing unwarranted payments.
