The High Court in Johannesburg has extended the provisional curatorship of Health Squared until 13 February next year.
This is the second time the provisional curatorship has been extended. On 30 September, it was extended to November 1, when at a hearing Judge Gregory Wright extended the rule nisi granted by Judge Allyson Crutchfield on 8 September.
As a result, the provisional curator, Joe Seoloane, will continue to administer the scheme.

In a communication, Seoloane said his presentation and the answers he provided during the online meeting of members and stakeholders on 21 October are available on the scheme’s website.
He said Health Squared members with long-outstanding claims should contact the scheme at claims@healthsquared.co.za or clientservices@healthsquared.co.za.
