We are excited to announce the launch of the new Protector Online System.
Moonstone Protector is a support service for one-person FSPs who are not required to appoint a compliance officer, but require access to Moonstone’s research and development on compliance related matters.
Protector Online will provide users with a more hands-on approach to ensure that their business complies with the requirements of the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act and the Financial Intelligence Centre Act.
Some of the features of the new system include:
- Self-assessments to monitor the level of compliance in your business
- Actionable reports that allow you to pin-point areas of non-compliance
- An Essential Procedures Guide
- New compliance documents & templates you can download and customise for your business
