Moonstone Compliance, in conjunction with the Moonstone Business School of Excellence, is excited to announce that registration for the popular annual regulatory update workshop, hosted as a webinar on 29 September 2020, is now open.
Workshop focus
The financial services environment has changed dramatically over the past 12 months with a monumental shift from rules-based compliance to market conduct and outcomes-based regulation. We’ve already seen the first draft conduct standards and further developments flowing from the RDR process. Our focus this year is to enable attendees to understand the recent regulatory changes and to provide a glimpse into the future, and how the proposed changes could impact on the way FSPs conduct business and even their current business model and income streams.
Who should attend?
The session will be of great value to all Key Individuals, Representatives, Compliance Officers and internal Legal Officers. Persons responsible for operations management, general risk management and marketing will also definitely benefit from attending.
