According to my learned colleague, Paull Lawrence, people not using Internet Explorer may find themselves being asked for a user name and password, which most do not have. If you normally use Firefox or Google, try Internet Explorer when opening FSB documents.
Concerning the content of the circular: it has particular significance for Category II FSPs and other FSPs with white label or broker funds. We will study the contents and report back on this soon.
