Our Regulatory Exam department listed the following recurring problems which can be prevented with a little more care:
- Candidates register with only one name when they have two or more. This results in certificates being issued incorrectly. This mistake is often repeated by employers who register candidates in their employ. Please make sure you use the full details appearing on the ID which the candidate will take to the exam venue.
- Candidates who arrive late cause a lot of upheaval for others, and have less time in which to write. Please ensure you know exactly when and where you write, and get there well before the appointed hour.
- Candidates should rather bring too much supporting documentation than too little. Apart from the all-important proper identification, supporting documentation such as proof of registration and payment will prevent a stressful start to your exam.
